Our initial work focused on enhancing their social media programs including exploration of their social advertising opportunities. We also helped to develop more sophisticated email campaigns through CRM setup and segmentation, as well as content development by adding high-level expert insights for their clients. We also refocused their blog to provide regular and informative articles that were unique to the Boston Baby Nurse perspective, but also featured sound advice from known medical authorities. Together with coordination of their internal operations/marketing team, we helped to develop their messaging into a consistent presentation of gentle and informational digital media presence that explains Boston Baby Nurse’s role, provides needed and reliable service to its clients and disseminates valuable information to those who need it most.
